Ingredients
- 3 c. fresh strawberries hulled
- 1 1/2 c. low-fat or fat-free milk
- 2 fresh strawberries for garnish

Place the hulled strawberries and milk in a blender and process until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness with a small amount of honey or sugar only if desired.

Pour the mixture evenly into two chilled glasses. Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry on the rim or sliced on top for an attractive finish.

Serve immediately for best flavor and texture. If you prefer a colder drink, blend in a few ice cubes or use very cold milk.
