16 ounces fettuccine pasta
1 to 2 pounds shrimp, deveined and peeled
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/8 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp sriracha sauce (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. While the pasta cooks, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir in sriracha if using. Set the sauce aside.

3. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with the minced garlic, smoked paprika and black pepper until evenly coated.
