Delicious bacon cheeseburgers wrapped up in a soft tortilla—an easy, family-friendly dinner everyone will enjoy.

Once a week I let my picky eater choose the menu, and those nights are always a hit because I know he’ll eat. Usually he picks boxed pasta and hamburgers, but this time I decided to change things up and make bacon cheeseburger wraps. They turned out fantastic.
The filling is simple but full of flavor, and the adults can pile on their favorite toppings while kids can keep theirs plain with just meat and cheese. These wraps were a big family favorite and very quick to prepare. My picky eater even discovered the bacon bits halfway through—next time I’ll set the bacon aside to keep him happy!

Bacon Cheeseburger Wraps

- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

- pepper to taste
- 4 White Tortillas, burrito size
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Toppings:
- Green Lettuce
- Tomatoes
Instructions
-
Brown the ground beef in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Once cooked, stir in the chopped, cooked bacon.

-
Lay a tortilla flat and spoon about ¼ cup of the beef mixture onto the center. Top with shredded cheddar and any desired toppings, then roll like a burrito.
-
Toast the assembled wrap in a panini press or on a hot grill until the cheese melts and the tortilla is lightly crisp. Serve immediately.
