A simple sugar-free alternative to conventional icing or confectioners’ sugar, ideal for frostings, dusting and sweetening without added sugar.
Ingredients
- 4 cups / 860 g xylitol
Instructions
- Place the xylitol in a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend on the highest setting for several minutes until the granulated xylitol becomes a fine, powdery texture.
- Transfer the powdered xylitol to an airtight container and store at room temperature. Use as you would regular icing sugar for frostings, dusting cakes or sweetening recipes.
